NIC National Housing Survey of Adults Age 60+:  Opinions, Attitudes, Perceptions and Behaviors (Volume II)

A follow up to the 1997 60+ Survey, NIC increased the sample size to enhance the accuracy of this demand estimate. A combined total of 3,500 households were surveyed to give a more detailed examination of regional differences and by housing category. Volume II examines distinctions between households that will inquire about, investigate and move to seniors housing, and those that will not, and summarizes these distinctions as 18 predictors in the NIC Seniors Housing Prospect Qualifying Instrument©.
